Marinated Flank Steak- 2-3 pound flank steak or London Broil, 2 T balsamic vinegar, 2 T fresh lemon juice, 1 T Dijon mustard 1 T Worcestershire sauce, 1 T finely minced fresh garlic, 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, 1 tsp. smoked paprika or paprika or cayenne pepper, 1/4 cup olive oil.
