The cream cheese icing is to die for… too much for the cake IMO (I used slightly more than half), but just dee-lish. Also, mine was more pink than red so next time will step up the food color to get the deep chocolate/red. Fabulous cake though… will be one of my staple go-to recipes for potlucks.
